WHO IS SHE?
At my core, I’m somebody who deeply appreciates finding and creating beauty in all things. Whether crafting a brand’s visual identity, directing catalog photography, or being behind the camera capturing a moment - I never tire of the process. Within that, you can find me nerding out about typography, color theory, style trends, and finding new ways to utilize technology.
I’ve been with The Home Depot since 2016, where I’m currently a Catalog Designer for our home decor publications (check it out). My primary roles include story planning, art direction, layout design, photography asset management, typography flow, proofing and print release. While our team mostly focuses on the print catalog, I’ve taken the initiative to reinvent our online catalog for a web-tailored user experience and enhance our online presence through specialty Influencer and Flooring Lookbooks.
In addition to my graphic design work with The Home Depot, I’ve been developing visual identity systems and creative assets for over a decade. You can see some of my design work, like logos, websites, animations, packaging, infographics and even car wraps here. I was top of my class in a UX/UI Design course with General Assembly in 2019, where I developed a prototype for the Botanee app which you can see here. I incorporate my expertise in User Experience into everything I create, keeping a focus on how the customer will best interact with what I make.
